SAJJADA NASHEEN

The following officially served as Sajjada Nasheen:

1 . Hazrath Soofie Saheb (Radi Allahu Anhu) 1895- I 911  Founder.                                                                       

2. Hazrath Shah Mohamed Ebrahim Soofie (Radi Allahu Anhu) 1911 -1954. Eldest son of  the Founder, He spent all his life in India in the service of his Pir-o-Murshid , Hazrath  Habib Ali Shah (Radi Allahu Anhu) first as his Mureed and then as his Khalifa. He made a few short trips to South Africa to visit his family and to make appointments for his father's mission work to carry on. He is buried in Ajmer Shareef in India.

 

3. Hazrath Shah Abdul Aziz Soofie ( Dadajaan) (Radi AlIahu Anhu) 1911-1947. Second son of Hazrath Soofie Saheb (Radi Allahu Anhu) who was entrusted by his brother, Hazrath Shah Ebrahim Soofie (Radi Allahu Anhu) to maintain the religious work of their Beloved father; he was assisted by his younger brothers. He is buried in Riverside behind the Mazaar Shareef of his father.

4. Hazrath Shah Goolam Mohamed Soofie (Bhaimia)RA 1947-1978. Eldest son of Hazrath Shah Abdul Aziz Soofie (Radi Allahu Anhu). His uncle, Hazrath Shah Mohamed Ebrahim Soofie (Radi Allahu Anhu) conferred khilafath on him and appointed him as his Khalifa-e-Azam in Africa and as the Sajjada Nasheen of the Mazaars of Hazrath Soofie Saheb (Radi Allahu Anhu) and Hazrath Badsha Peer (Radi Allahu Anhu). He was ably assisted in his mission by his dedicated brothers, Hazrath Shah Goolam Hoosain Soofie RA, Hazrath Shah Goolam Hassan Soofie RA, and Hazrath Shah Goolam Ahmed Soofie RA. He is buried behind the Mazaar Shareef of his Grandfather.

5. The present Sajjada Nasheen is Hazrath Shah Mohamed Saeid Soofie. Together with his brother (as Deputy) Hazrath Shah Abdul Aziz Soofie enormous changes have taken place in the building structures in Riverside and Kenville. The completion of the present project, the Mazaar Shareef of Hazrath Badsha Peer (Radi Allahu Anhu), is the fruit of their humble efforts.
